Summary Investment in Hermosa Beach residential properties picked up in June with 22.2% increase in total sales, 7.46% jump in net listings, 13.75% spike in the sales-listing ratio, and a 54.9% decrease in median days to sell. Year-over-year the median sales price for June remained fairly static with $1.25 Mil reported 2015 compared to $1.24 Mil in 2016.
