Summary Hermosa Beach real estate investment slowed in November as total sales plunged 30.43%, median sales price dropped 26.61%, net listings fell 10.14%, and the sales-listing ratio decreased 22.52%. The median days to sell metric, however, improved 42.11%. Year-over-year months of inventory data point doubled from November 2015 to 2016.

In November, C.A.R. reported ““California’s housing market showed signs of cooling competition with fewer price reductions and properties receiving multiple offers dropping for the seventh straight month.” http://www.car.org/newsstand/newsreleases/2016releases/oct2016pending?view=Standard
