    $255K, and net listings climbing 39.22% relative to March. Stats proving less favorable, however, included median days to sell

    (+105.26%) and the sales-listing ratio (-19.11%). Evaluation of the year-over-year months of inventory data point shows a 100%

    increase from April 2015 to April 2016.
