Summary Investment in Hermosa Beach real estate picked up in October as closed escrows increased 15%, the median sales price improved 13.18%, and the sales-listing ratio climbed 19.78%. However, net listing fell 4.17% while the median days to sell jumped 54.05%. Year-over-year the months of inventory metric held steady at 3.0.
