Summary January was a disappointing month for real estate activity in Hermosa Beach as total sales dropped 50%, median sales price fell by 22%, median days to sell increased 135+%, and the sales-listing ratio plummeted by more than 60%. Year-over-year analysis, however, reveals the market median sales price improved $193.5K.
