Outlook for March

Real estate market activity for Hermosa Beach during the month of February was extremely reassuring

given the positive trending stats recorded for total sales, median sales price, median days to sell, listings,

sales/listings ratio, and months of inventory.

So what’s in store for March? Well, considering recent market behavior the only likely caveat that might

adversely impact last month’s trending performance is what we all love – taxes. Urrr! But then again, for

those expecting sizable returns stepping up in the size and quality of home could be less of a dream and

more of a reality.
