Summary Real estate investment in Hermosa Beach properties during July produced a 17.9% improvement in the median sales price - a positive adjustment of $307.5K. However, total sales dropped 34.62% while median days to sell increased 21.43%, net listings fell 4.84%, and the sales-listing ratio decreased 31.26%. Year-over-year months of inventory metric held constant at 3.0.

In June, C.A.R. reported ““With active listings 13.5 percent lower than last June, we’ve now experienced a full two years in which active listings have fallen on a year-over-year basis and the lowest inventory level this year.
