Outlook for March

Overall real estate activity for Hermosa Beach during February 2015 was a bit disappointing as total

sales, market median sales price, median days to sell, and the sales/listing ratio trended off pace

compared to previous months. “Why?” you ask. To be honest it is difficult to comprehend the myriad of

reasons, but I assume they include the tax season and the Fed’s recent announcement to take action
