Summary November 2015 proved challenging for real estate activity in Hermosa Beach as net sales dropped 23+% while total listings declined by 28%. Thankfully the market median sales price improved 30.43%, which equates to $385K bump. Year-over-year stats are more encouraging with total sales, market median sales price, and median days to sell all trending in a positive direction.
In the news… According to C.A.R., “statewide sales were below the 400,000 mark for the first time in eight months” while the statewide median home valuation held strong in the $475K range. http://www.car.org/newsstand/newsreleases/2015releases/november2015sales?view=Standard
