    Before we launched our new look and website YPNextHome.ca, we brought a formal focus group of Canadians together to ask about real estate. We speci cally questioned what factors in someones life would make them want to move. One of the top three reasons people chose was the desire to live in a diff erent neighbourhood.

    The reason? Our focus group said they wanted access to better schools and amenities such as transit, shopping, greenspace and parks.

    With so many neighbourhoods to choose from, we decided to create a resource to source neighbourhood info and listings across the country.

    On YPNextHome.ca, youll nd statistical information on over 2,700 neighbourhoods across Canada, featuring data, listings, fun facts and more.

    Weve included a ton of interesting info on key residential neighbourhoods, including photos and video tours. Youll even nd some famous Canadian talent guiding you too check out 17th Ave. in Calgary, for example.

    We hope youll explore a few of the neighbourhoods weve curated for you on our new website. Drop us a line and a photo about what you love about your favourite neighbourhood, wed love to hear from you!

    You need to move. Its too small, its in the wrong location. Its got issues. Your life has changed. Your budget has changed. Your family has changed. There are endless reasons why you need to move, and its very important to realize that, if its time to go, its time to go.
