E.ON’s brief was to supply and install office furniture at its new offices on North Church Street, Nottingham. At the beginning of the project, the overall building occupancy was over 1,000, and the site operated for seven days per week.

E.ON requested a variety of furniture for the whole nine floors of the building, including desking for all staff, storage in various sizes including personal storage, meeting tables, breakout areas, and furniture for various uses.

Flexiform held consultation workshops to decide on the final design, and to select products that would suit the client’s needs. Flexiform then manufactured, supplied and installed a wide range of products, including: double door storage units, lockers, racking, bench desks and stand alone desks, monitor arms, screens, CPU cradles, cable management tidies, breakout tables, canteen tables, operator chairs, sofas, low and high canteen seating, modular breakout seating, outdoor bench tables and seating units, conference and meeting tables with associated seating, and power management for desks.

“Flexiform have been instrumental in the success of Trinity House. Phil and his team have worked tirelessly, perfecting every aspect of the furniture install, and have repeatedly gone over and above to provide an outstanding service.

“During consultation, the knowledge and expertise of Flexiform was clear from the start. Phil especially knew the products and their suitability inside out, and it was an extremely easy part of the process.

“Throughout the supply and delivery part of the project the team was very flexible in dealing with our requests, and our needs were met – nothing was too much trouble. The installation was seam-less, Flexiform worked without supervision or guid-ance, and we were 100% happy with the results.

“We are extremely satisfied with their products, and every step of the project was delivered with absolute dedication and commitment. The ongoing support from Phil and Flexiform has been brilliant, and we have built an extremely strong relationship. We would highly recommend Flexiform, and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.”
