Our extensive range of personal storage units have a wrap around welded carcass and are available in the two most popular standard widths of 300mm and 400mm. They can accommodate foolscap or A4 filing (deep drawer divider required) as well as pen trays and dividers. Heights range from 470mm high to 740mm (desk high) or up to 1115mm screen height personal organisers.

All of our pedestals and personal organisers feature high quality, pull back roller bearing runners and not the unreliable plastic rollers often seen on other pedestals. Our durable runners feature a snap back/easy close function, which pulls the drawer shut. Pedestals are available in our standard RAL paint finishes with a number of matching/contrasting top and drawer fronts.

Silver tambours may appear to shade slightly in certain lights, this is due to the manufacturing process and is unavoidable.

The Flexiglide MK2 is a compact sliding door unit designed to be used in areas where space is limited and a hinged door is not appropriate. The Flexiglide unit offers an alternative to a plastic tambour closure as it features a steel door with the option of decorative punching designs and even an acoustic core to the doors. This additional acoustic property can assist in managing the noise levels in open plan environments. The composite design of the system makes it ideal for siting at the end of bench desk systems as the units can be made up to 2050mm wide in a single cabinet. This also allows for full width internals to be utilised, maximising the storage space in a given footprint. Flexiglide is available in our standard RAL paint finishes with a number of matching/contrasting wooden and plexiglass top finish options.

Flexiglide MK 2 has been designed to optimise space with sliding doors. The doors can be locked in both open and closed position so they slide together enabling easy access. Components are 100mm wider than the equivalent side opening tambour unit allowing 12% more filing per unit on average. The 2050mm and 1650mm wide storage are designed to sit at the end of back to back desking.

Double bay units allow full access to the interior while single bay units are limited to 50% access at any time. Single bays therefore cannot accept pull out components. The 2000mm and 2050mm wide units accept 2x 1000mm components. The 1600mm and 1650mm wide units take 2x 800mm components.

The Fleximetric tambour storage system was Flexiform’s original premier filing system. Designed with capacity and flexibility in mind, the system remains one of the most space efficient static storage systems on the market today.

The combination of a full height unit with a maximum internal width configuration allows each row of storage in a 1000mm wide cabinet to deliver 0.95 linear metres of storage. A 2200mm high cabinet delivers up to 6.65 linear metres of storage in a footprint of 0.5 square metres. Fleximetric is available in our standard RAL paint finishes with a number of matching/contrasting tambour finish options.

When ordering a Fleximetric storage unit consider storage shelves. Units will incur a 10% installation cost. When any pull out components are specified in this product it is necessary to order slide lock blocks. Slide lock blocks prevent more than one pull out component from being opened at one time which could cause the product to fall over.

If Fleximetric unit is open fronted the tambour colour becomes ‘00’.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Fleximetric Storage is all steel and can come with a MFC top. If a steel top is required enter the desired steel colour in the *** section labeled ‘Top Colour’. If an MFC top is required enter in an MFC colour. MFC tops incur an additional cost.

Shelving storage is a cost effective method of storing large amounts of ... virtually anything! Our Flexilink 555 Shelving System is a double skinned archive shelving system, consisting of an end panel and a inset mid panel. The vertical panels are supplied as either end or mid panels. The end side panel is pre-punched for shelf clips on one side only, the mid side panel is punched on both sides. Slots are positioned at 25mm vertical spacing allowing shelves to be situated almost anywhere. Backs are available as either solid backs or ventilated backs (ideal for archive storage).

It may sound complicated, but this is simplicity itself. With minimal components - (end, mid and back panels) to specify this archive system could not be easier. Flexilink is available in any of our standard RAL paint finishes.

Flexilink is not recommended to be used as a single unit, if used ensure attached to wall for stability. Shelves and back panels must be used to support the unit, however if two units are going back to back only one back panel is used. Linking brackets are required for back to back units for health and safety reasons. When calculating floor space use the width of the shelves selected and add 25mm for every end or mid panel used.

Flexiform has been supplying the office furniture trade metal lockers for over 30 years. We can offer a large choice of standard lockers to suit most interior design schemes. Our traditional locker range has proved popular with offices, schools and colleges across the UK.

We offer a choice of either mild steel or galvanised steel (for wet areas) and all lockers are available with a number of innovative features including anti bacterial paint, vented doors, name tags and a huge range of lock options.

Metal Lockers are 1800mm high galvanised steel (rust resistant) or mild steel units which are designed to sit together to create any length row of lockers. The lockers are available as 1 door, 2 door, 3 door or 4 door units and all are supplied in anti bacterial paint. Galvanised Steel lockers are suitable for wet rooms and come with feet to raise lockers off the ground.

Standard units come with a camlock or padlockable lock (padlock not included) at no extra cost. If an alternative lock is desired an extra cost will be added. Lock options include coin return locks, electonic, 4 digit combination locks and two point locking handles. Please contact Flexiform for advice on 01274 706 206.

Plan chests can be a great addition to any office or studios for storing large work up to A0 size without getting damaged! Availble in 10 drawers or 5 drawers, with each drawer being tall enough to take portfolios, packages and materials.

All plan chests are made out of steel with a 25mm thick MFC top and come in a set size of 1355mm (w) x 930mm (d) x 930mm (h) and are supplied in the standard Flexiform finishes.

As the office environment becomes more and more open, encouraging collaborative working, acoustics become an increasingly aspect of office interior design. Whilst there are many products on the market that can be added to an interior in order to help create the correct acoustic balance, we at Flexiform have designed enhancements to existing products to deliver this benefit. The acoustic back panel is one of these.

Designed to simply fit to any steel surface (ideally your Flexiform storage units!) via a magnetic strip, the panel delivers excellent acoustic performance, a large splash of colour and a useful pinnable surface. Easy to relocate and reposition, the panels can add benefits all around the office. Used in conjunction with a Freestor acoustic tambour, functional furniture can deliver great acoustic benefit enhancing the open agile environment.
