Working to a budget, we advised on suitable products to achieve the look, feel and functionality the client wanted at a cost effective price. Flexiform provided credenzas, tables, task seating and soft seating. Finally, we also supplied canteen furniture (chairs) through one of our supply partners. During the project Canopius used our in-house engineering department to further reduce costs by streamlining our products. Such as the bespoke office storage designed with sloping tops, which also helped to maintain a clear desk policy. Flexiform created a number of bespoke items including a row of storage with oversailing top and legs to create a collaborative workspace for staff. These had power and data units for laptops.

During the project Canopius also used our in-house space planning services to try various layouts and maximise the space. For Canopius to commuicate the project to their own staff we developed a series of moodboards to show with the layouts, finishes and various 3D examples.

Pico DesksCanopious selected the Flexiform Pico bench system, with integral cable management (under sliding desktops) with desk mounted screens.

Hinged Door StorageCanopious chose Flexiform Freestor hinged door storage for the main office, with sloping tops, specifically designed to prevent the tops becoming cluttered and messy.

Breakout SeatingHigh backed booth sofas were chosen to create adhoc meeting spaces, with plenty of privacy, reducing the need for purpose built meeting rooms. Task seating was selected from one of our partner suppliers in.

Metal LockersOur metal lockers are available in mild or galvanised steel with a choice of 2 locks and anti- bacterial paint. Each locker is also vented to ensure air circulation.
