At a recent dinner meeting, Li-ons District Governor, Nancy Luckman, (a member of the Gasport Lions Club), presided over an “Induction Ceremo-ny” welcoming Mrs. Frances (Fran) Downing, Mr. Zach-ary (Zack) Russell, and Mr. Sean McGarrity into the local Lions Club.
