Havinginitially studied Mineral Surveying & Resource Management and Business Technology degrees, both Paul Turner andCurtis Thompson identified a core need within these markets. Curtis has 17 years recruitment and executive search experience predominately in the consulting and technical industries. He has recruited in the construction, manufacturing, petrochemical and management consultancy sectors, initially with a focus on the European market (UK, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark).

Over the last 10 years, Curtis has led technical recruitment teams and serviced clients operating in Europe, Africa, Middle East and the USA. He as an excellent understanding of local sourcing strategies to identify niche candidates and senior executives in competitive markets. His key clients include Siemens, ABB, Compton Greeves, Maersk Group, BP, OMV Group, EADS/Airbus, Porsche, Ingersoll Rand, Wintershall, Belden and Deloitte Consulting.Graduating from the University of Surrey with a

Paul is a Founding Director of Turner Lovell with 19 years industry experience including 13 within the recruitment sectors. Paul has worked in recruitment since 2002 and has successfully led and developed teams recruiting freelancers for the oil and gas, power generation, construction and civil engineering sectors. Major projects include the HVDC inter-connector projects, North Sea/West Africa oil exploration and transmission network upgrades in Europe and Africa.

With extensive experience living and working in these locations, Paul has provided consultants for site management and engineering teams in countries including the UK, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Romania, Algeria, Brazil Democratic Republic of Congo, Libya and USA.Paul graduated from Camborne School of Mines

with a B. Eng (Hons) in Mining Surveying and Resource Management. He has worked as a field engineer in grassroots exploration in the gold fields of Western Australia and platinum fields of British Columbia, Canada for Wiluna Mines and Georgia Pacific. He has also worked for Canary Wharf Contractors as a site engineer and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Katie Wallace is our Key Accounts Manager with responsibility for coordinating and driving the delivery of multidisciplinary technical vacancies into a select group of UK and European clients. Her key priority is to ensure quality of delivery, consistency in our approach and ensure customer service remain at a high standard. Katie has 11 years recruitment experience successfully delivering vacancies across Engineering, QHSE, Site and Contracts Management in the UK and Denmark within the renewable energy, oil and gas and building construction sectors. Katie graduated in 2004 from the University of Leeds with a BSc in Psychology.

Katie’s expertise is within the engineering and renewable energy sectors. She has recruited for customers including RES Offshore/ Centrica for the Lincs, Lynn & Inner Dowsing and Race Bank Offshore Wind Farms; Siemens Wind for the Sheringham Shoal and London Array Offshore Wind Farms, Thanet and Dudgeon Offshore Wind Farms.

Her current clients include substation manufacturers, EPC contractors, consultancies, DNO’s and wind farm developers.
