▪ Initial meeting/email correspondence with client to understand scope of work
▪ A team of one engagement manager and two associate consultants will be assigned
▪ Sign non-disclosure agreement made by client
▪ Establish statement of work to be signed by both parties
▪ Discuss specific goals, objectives and pain points that need to be addressed
▪ Develop schedule and create milestones
▪ Collect, study, and analyze company/industry/market information
▪ Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of deliverables (Google slides, excel documents, relevant supplemental files)
▪ Clients are updated through regular calls/emails on a weekly or biweekly basis so that clients are up to date on most recent findings
▪ Discuss and modify action strategy in each situation
▪ End research and conclusion is presented to client with a proposed course of action
▪ Finalized portfolio detailing all research, statistics, findings, and recommended plan of action
▪ Maintain ongoing relationship with client through sustainability check-ins
