Experience

We are pleased to introduce Shiela and Alicia, members of our marketing team. Shiela was born in Manila, Philippines and has worked in senior living for the past 12 years. She has held a number of different roles, from Activity Director to Resident Services Director. Shiela is drawn to this work because of her love for seniors; she says her favorite part of working at Oakmont is, "spending time with the residents every day." Alicia was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and has been with Oakmont for over 5 years. She recently graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in business and finance. When she is not at work, Alicia enjoys going to the movies and working on word puzzles, she is a master of Sudoku! Both Shiela and Alicia bring positivity and passion to their work, we are grateful to call them members of our team!
