Cast or Crew Production equipment
Speed bumps will slow the rate of
traffic.
HIGH Keep an eye out for cars and make sure
that everyone is aware.
Weather Changes All of the outdoor scenes.
Crew Electrical Equipment Ensure that no electrical equipment
is used in extreme rain or wet conditions.
EXTREME Check the weather forecast in advance and then again in
the morning prior to filming.
Slippy floors/ falling over.
All scenes. Cast or Crew All equipment. Pre filming inspection of
surrounding floors.
HIGH Wipe up any spillages and clear
up any rubbish.Weapons being used.
Many different scenes.
Cast or Crew All equipment. Blunting knives and any other weapons
used.
EXTREME Make sure nobody is in danger while filming and make
sure all the knives/weapons are
blunt or fake.Electrical faults Indoor shoot. Cast or Crew Electrical equipment
or items inside.Check all the sockets are fixed to the wall.
EXTREME Don’t overload the sockets.
General Injury All scenes. Cast or Crew Props. Having a first aid box.
MODERATE Make sure the first aid box is updated and we take one
with us.
