Rules:
1. If an adjective has 1 syllable, we add –er in the comparative, and –est in the superlative
• E.g.: big- bigger- biggest
• Tom is bigger than Jerry.• Tom is the biggest.

2. If an adjective has 2 or more syllables, we add more in the comparative and most in superlative.
E.g.: beautiful- more beautiful- the most beautiful
