Professional wort chiller for microbreweries with all stainless steel AISI 316 chassis. Connectors: DIN 32 externally threa-ded for beer; 1” externally threaded for cooling water. The chilling capacity is calculated for chilling the wort from 95 to 25 °C with twice the flow of cooling water at 10 °C. Maximum pressure: 6 bar.

Complete, digital temperature control with sensor and magnetic valve contained in a compact and strong housing for easy temperature controlled fermentation and ripening of the fermentation tanks. Thanks to the compact design and handy bracket, the controller can be easily moved, and can be used for several tanks if required, or as a perma-nent controller for a single tank. Can be used in a network of several controllers and operated via the optional PC software package.

Ferm- / VisiTouch-software
The Ferm- / VisiTouch-softwarepaket consists of a software licence ViniInfo and a USB convertor.It is designed for the computerized regulation of the fermentation process by controlled agitation of the temperature regulators FermFix, Fermflex and FermBox. Selecting cooling, heating, display mode and also other functions can be done directly from the computer. The temperature developments are recorded by the software and can be displayed graphically. It is possible to integrate further applications.

Hop cones: all our hops are packed in special vacuum packages for optimal shelf life and stored in a cold room at 5 °C. The availability and alpha-acid content strongly depend on the harvest. The alpha-acid content is indicated on every package. Available in vacuum packs of 1 kg, 5 kg and bales of 60 to 80 kg.
Hop pellets: these are destalked grounded hops, pressed into little pellets. Use about 10 % less than when using hop cones with a similar alpha level. Hop pellets can be preserved longer and are usually available for a longer period of time during the course of the season. Available in vacuum packs of 1 kg and 5 kg packs under protective atmosphere.
Highly concentrated aromas, boosting the hop flavour in beer without increas-ing its bitterness. The Brewferm® hop aromas are specific flavour components, coming from pure hop oils. Produced by a unique combination of extraction and distillation. Best added just before bottling. Available in 50 ml and 1 l packages.
To adjust the bitterness of beer without boiling. Can be added after fermentation. Iso-alpha-acid content: 6 % or 30 %. Available in 100 ml and 1 litre.

Let your beer age “in oak” without an oak barrel. It can, thanks to these Oak Chips with controlled, guaranteed quality and toasting. Much cheaper than an oak barrel. Dose : 5 - 30 g / 10 l beer, contact time: a few days to 3 months.
In addition to the well-known French oak chips, wich adds a more spicy taste to your beer, we also offer you the American oak chips for a subtle vanilla-like taste. Medium toasted chips can add almond and caramel flavours to your beer and are mainly used in light beers. Heavy toasted chips give a more nutty and roasted flavour and are mainly used in heavy, full beers. Dose: 5 - 30 g / 10 l beer. Contact time: a few days to 3 months. Can be added to the beer or to the must.
