What do you like about the Album Digipak?

I asked this question to my chosen audience to find out what features of my album digipak the audience like. Some of the audience liked the fact the image was in black and white because this follows the colour scheme of an indie/rock album. Some people liked the inside cover, they liked how the lyrics for one of the songs was in the album and there was some still images from the music video. And finally a few people liked the font because it is conventional indie font and is used in many indie/rock album digipaks.

my chosen audience to find out what features of my album magazine advert the audience liked. From my feedback I have found that my audience liked the font because it matched the font used on the album digipak and also that the image used is also the one used on the album front cover. They also like it has the bands record label and ratings from other magazines and radio stations.

What do you think can be improved on the Album Digipak?

I asked this question to my chosen audience to find out what they think I can improve about my album digipak. Some people said they think I can improve on my back cover as they said image is too similar to the one on the front which makes the album a bit boring as there isn’t a variation of images on the album. They also think the album name on the front cover should be at the bottom of the front cover instead of the top. From this feedback I can look to improve my album cover by assessing these factors, I could improve it by getting another image for the back cover and to maybe put the album name at the bottom of the front cover instead of the top.

What do you think can be improved on the album magazine advert?

I asked this question to find out what my chosen audience think I should improve about my album magazine advert. The audience thought the font for the ‘BUY NOW!!!’ could more conventional to indie/rock music album adverts. Also they think there could be more information on the album advert so that the audience know where to buy the album and at what price. From this feedback I can improve my album magazine advert by making all the font more indie/rock conventional and by adding more information on the album advert for the audience.

What do you rate the ancillaries out of 10?

I asked this question to find out what my audience really thought of my album advert and album digipak by making them rate them out of 10. Overall they gave my album digipak between a 6 and 8, this is constructive feedback as now I know if I make the improvements suggested my album digipak will be close to the standards of real indie/rock albums. Overall they gave my album magazine advert between a 6 and 7, this is constructive because now I know that if I make the suggested improvements my album magazine advert could be close to the standards of real indie/rock album magazine adverts.
