AUDIENCE FEEDBACK FOR ANCILLARY TEXT: MUSIC MAGAZINE ADVERTISMENT

MY FIRST MAGAZINE ADVERTSIMENT: This was my first draft of my ancillary text: music magazine text. Although I do like this product and I believe this product represents the genre of my product. I had feedback of my teachers and others saying that this product lacked continuity to my other products as all my products all had different images. My teacher informed me that the images had to relate to my music video. This however, wasn’t a bad thing because I’m more confident with my piece the second time around then my original ancillary product.

Here is a video of my audience feedback from my final image, However she mostly liked my final image baring a few things that she said I needed to improve on. One feature she commented on was something that I had quite liked the change in from my previous draft. However it was quite positive feedback in general which was helpful in knowing what my audience liked and didn’t like so I would know how to change it next time. This feedback was also useful as she was able to identify that it was a product from the indie genre.

• The previous was general feedback from both my products, but I think it was successful from its aims as some people didn’t like particular things that others did. I will take this criticisms from the people who didn’t like the original images of Jess not the product. However, I felt positive as an ideology I’ve been trying to show through my product is the concept of my product being realistic to the audience as a believe actual product.
