Warrick has worked with Sawyer for 4 years as the International Sales Director, and is based in England. He travels extensively throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Australia liasing with distributors and contractors, with the aim of promoting and expanding the Sawyer brand across the globe.

Inside the U.S., with Davie in outside sales and Sara focused on inside sales, they are often the first faces seen or voices heard. Customer service, in part, means being a good public face or voice for the company, and Sawyer is quite pleased with the face and voice Davie and Sara are presenting.

Sara stepped into her career at Sawyer in Inside Sales three years ago. While she didn’t have any pipeline experience at the time, she was personable and approachable with a strong work ethic. In no time, she was excelling in her responsibilities, which include handling all inbound phone calls and administering Sawyer’s programs, including Ambassadors and Education First, which have each flourished under her supervision. In addition, Sara coordinates

Sawyer Manufacturing is a company made up of

people, like any other, but unlike many other companies, Sawyer

has a special commitment to people.

Since its beginning in 1948, a constant thread running

through the company’s structure and every decision has been a belief in and commitment to people. This ethos runs

throughout the entire Sawyer family and facility from

top to bottom and is embodied Sawyer Sales team members Sara Jordan, Davie Neilson

and Warrick Howard.

SAWYERSALES

Sawyer’s tradeshow activities and is a constant presence at all events Sawyer hosts or attends. These days, she is well versed and fully knowledgeable about all the pipeline projects going on across the nation, and everyone who contacts the Sawyer office can’t say enough good things about Sara and her exemplary service.

“I’m really proud of what we’ve accomplished with the Ambassador program and where it’s heading. We have taken a grassroots approach and placed our focus on the people using our equipment,” Sara said.

Two years ago, Davie Neilson joined the Sawyer sales team as an Outside Sales Representative, bringing along his proven experience in sales and customer relations. The pipeline industry was a new venture for him, but he quickly adapted and used his quick wit and honesty to bridge many connections for Sawyer. Davie has become immersed in the trade by traveling around North America, visiting distributors and Sawyer Ambassadors out in the field to build relationships and share his knowledge of Sawyer’s product line.

“We’ve only been doing heavy marketing at Sawyer for a few years now. Previously, we had very little brand recognition, but lately, we’ve been working hard in that area. We’ve built a lot of great relationships, and you can see the results of that work in our increased sales,” Davie said.

When discussing Sawyer Manufacturing, it’s impossible to not mention the folks who actually engineer, build, and ship Sawyer equipment, and if you speak with Davie or Sara long enough, they will undoubtedly mention how important the Sawyer shop is.

“We are nothing without the guys in our shop. They do such a great job, and we owe everything to them,” Davie said.

Support is an integral part of the Sawyer sales experience and together these two, who were already friends before they became coworkers, are fully engaged with Sawyer customers to provide the exceptional service expected from Sawyer. Read the following Q&A section to learn a little more about them.

If we’re sitting here a year from now celebrating what a great year it’s been for you in this role, what did you achieve?

DAVIE: I’m really proud of the direction our marketing has taken in the past few years, especially with brand recognition. We’ve been successful placing our Sawyer banners and equipment stands all over the country. A successful year would likely involve more of that and building of relationships. SARA: It would have something to do with the Ambassador program and it being successful.

What do you love most about this field of work and working with pipeliners?

DAVIE: Something I came to appreciate once I became a citizen is the hard work pipeliners do and the pride in their work they have. They are pipeliners by heart, not just talk. Any time I turn

on the lights or put gas in the truck, I think about them and the work

they do.

SARA: Pipeliners are just great people. They’re funny, talented, hardworking, family oriented people. They’re also so polite. I’m on the phone a lot, and it’s just constant pleasantries. I think they’re exactly what America stands for.

What’s the most challenging part of your job?

DAVIE: Being gone and away from my family so much is hard. My schedule is two weeks of travel followed by one week at home, so keeping up the excitement and motivation when I’m away is a challenge. SARA: Keeping up with the necessary knowledge in this industry regarding technical details is tough.

Who is your role model, and why?

DAVIE: I have three. First, my dad is a role model because he’s the hardest working man I’ve ever known. He has an incredible entrepreneurial spirit and has never been afraid of taking risks. I will always remember the first time he bought a Rolls Royce. Second, I am also close with Sara’s Aunt Pat, nobody has told me they’re proud of me more than she has. Third, Sara’s husband, Randy, models how I want to care for my kids and makes me want to

be better. SARA: My mother, Sharon, and my Aunt Pat are two of my biggest role models. Mom raised all of us kids and set a great example for how I want to be as a mother, and she

continues that today as an amazing grandmother. Aunt Pat just retired

after being in this business for 40 years, and she has always

encouraged me in what’s a very male-dominated

area.

What do you like to do when you are not at work?

SARA: I like hanging out

with my family and traveling.

That’s what I enjoy spending my spare time

doing. Also, I’m often at the pool.

DAVIE: I love golf. My wife and I like eating at nice, local restaurants. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I have a large circle of friends, and I hold them closer than they maybe want.

What motivates you to come to work every day?

DAVIE: Three key aspects motivate me. One, I want to support my wife and family. Two, my father-in-law, Brian, who was an incredible influence on me getting into this job, and I want to make him proud. And three, the expectations of my colleagues and bosses motivate me.SARA: I love my job, and leadership is great. I’ve never worked with better leaders. I also get to work with my best friend, Davie, as well as our amazing shop.

Anything you would like to add?

DAVIE: Working at Sawyer has been one of the best things in my life. It’s a family-run, Christian company with great people.SARA: Working for Sawyer is a privilege. This is an industry I believe in, and I’m passionate about it. We need more folks in these trades.

What is the funniest thing that has happened to you recently?

DAVIE: I was in Laredo, Texas a while back, and being so close to the border, I wanted to go to Mexico for lunch. The food at lunch was great, but when coming back over the border, I realized I am a Scot from Oklahoma with a military ID and a Canadian car rental. It took forever to get back into the country.SARA: I am terrible at clichés and common sayings. Davie is always making fun of me about it. Just a few days ago, I said something about wanting to “tug at their purse strings” instead of “tug at their heart strings”

What are 5 things you want to do before you die?

DAVIE: I want to play with a tiger cub, see a World Cup final, golf at Augusta (I’ve already played St. Andrews so that’s off the bucket list), and visit Bora Bora with my wife.SARA: I’m a huge Atlanta Braves fan, and I’ve seen them play before but never in Atlanta, so I would like to see them play there. I would like to go on an exotic vacation somewhere other than Mexico. Also, I’m a big Leonardo DiCaprio fan, so I would like to meet him.

DAVIENEILSON

I’m from Glasgow, Scotland and moved to the United States in 1999 with $500, a pregnant wife and a suitcase. In 2011, I became a U.S. citizen, and out of sheer gratitude for this country, I joined the U.S. Army Reserve. I am married, I have two daughters, and I’m a big fan of soccer and golf.

SARAJORDANI grew up in Broken Arrow, Okla. and have been there my whole life. I come from a big family with two brothers and three sisters, one of those being my twin. I am married and have three step children. I’m a big sports fan and love the Atlanta Braves.

PROPOSED PROJECTS & UPDATES PROPOSED PROJECTS & UPDATES CHS (Cenex) plans to replace the 8-inch segment of line from Sidney, Mont., to Minot, N.D., with a state-of-the-art 10-inch pipeline. CHS has also made the important deci-sion to re-route the pipeline between Sidney, Mont., and Minot, N.D. The new route was chosen in order to minimize the amount of construction taking place in sensitive areas, while also avoiding difficult river crossings and numerous other engineering and land-use challenges. The exist-ing route of this pipeline runs from Sidney, Mont. near the North Dakota / Montana boarder to Minot, N.D., primarily on private land. The new 10-inch line will follow a new route for the majority of the 182 miles and will utilize existing easements for the rest of its length. CHS recently finished contacting landowners and conducting environmental re-source surveys. Our next step is to work with tribal leader-ship, state and federal agencies to complete the approval and permitting process. Construction is tentatively planned for Fall 2017 and will last approximately 18 months.

The FERC is preparing an Environmental Impact State-ment that will discuss the environmental impacts of the Midcontinent Supply Header Interstate Pipeline Project (MIDSHIP Project) involving construction and operation of facilities by Midship Pipeline Company, LLC in Kingfisher,

Canadian, Grady, Garvin, Stephens, Carter, Johnston, and Bryan Counties, Oklahoma and leased capacity on existing pipeline infrastructure in Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana. The project is proposed by Cheniere Energy Inc. The Mid-ship Pipeline would draw natural gas out of production ar-eas in the SCOOP and STACK plays in Oklahoma and into U.S. Gulf Coast markets. The project includes construction and operation of about 218 miles of mainline and lateral natural gas pipeline and appurtenant facilities from Okarche to Bennington, Oklahoma, and to lease approximately 353 miles of existing pipeline capacity. Zone 1 of the MIDSHIP Project would consist of the following facilities in Oklahoma: approximately 198 miles of new 36-inch diameter mainline pipeline in Kingfisher, Canadian, Grady, Garvin, Stephens, Carter, Johnston, and Bryan Counties; approximately 20 miles of new 24-inch diameter lateral pipeline (referred to as the “Chisholm Lateral”) in Kingfisher County; three new compressor stations, totaling 124,710 horsepower, in Cana-dian, Garvin, and Bryan Counties; nine receipt and two de-livery meter stations in Kingfisher, Canadian, Grady, Garvin, and Bryan Counties; and other appurtenant facilities. Zone 2 of the MIDSHIP Project would involve 353 miles of exist-ing pipeline capacity leased from the Midcontinent Express Pipeline LLC, and/or Gulf Crossing Pipeline Company

Algonquin proposes to replace approximately 1,300 feet of 24-inch diameter pipeline on their J-1 System under the Mystic River and Alewife Brook in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. Algonquin proposes to install 993 feet of 24-inch pipeline by horizontal direction drill and 331 feet of 24-inch pipeline by traditional pipeline construction tech-niques, offset by about 100 feet from the existing pipeline; abandon in place approximately 1,200 feet of pipeline by cutting and capping each end and filling with grout; aban-don by removal 96 feet of the existing pipeline to allow for the tie-in of the replacement pipeline; and tie-in of the new segments of pipeline to the existing J-1 System at both ends. Algonquin’s stated project purpose is to replace a segment of pipeline where an anomaly was recently detect-ed to ensure the integrity of the pipeline and to comply with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations Algonquin plans to commence construction in July 2017 for comple-tion prior to the start of the heating season on November 1, 2017. Estimated project cost is $15, 236,057.

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. and Navigator Hold-ings Ltd. announced the execution of a letter of intent to jointly develop an ethylene marine export terminal on the Houston Ship Channel. Enterprise would manage the construction, operations and commercial activities of the

proposed terminal, which would be located at Enterprise’s Morgan’s Point complex. Enterprise’s Morgan’s Point fa-cility has a 45-foot draft and includes Enterprise’s ethane marine export terminal, the world’s largest. Navigator Gas has extensive experience with ethylene shipping through its fleet of 14 ethylene-capable vessels that provide a vir-tual pipeline to deliver ethylene to consuming customers. The ethylene export terminal would be connected to En-terprise’s high-capacity ethylene salt dome storage and ethylene pipeline system, which is currently under con-struction. Enterprise’s ethylene storage facility will have approximately 600 million pounds of capacity with an injec-tion/withdrawal rate of 210,000 pounds per hour expand-able to 420,000 pounds per hour. Enterprise’s ethylene pipeline system will be connected to multiple producers and consumers of ethylene on the U.S. Gulf Coast. The U.S. petrochemical industry is expanding its ethylene pro-duction capacity by 45 percent between 2016 and 2020, based on currently announced projects. These expansions are driven by plentiful, low-cost supplies of natural gas and ethane as a result of the development of U.S. shale re-serves. Almost 90 percent of these expansions are at facili-ties located along the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast. En-terprise’s ethylene storage and pipeline system, together

non-contiguous segments and appurtenant facilities in Boone and Polk Counties, Iowa, and abandoning two short seg-ments of pipeline in Polk County, Iowa. The estimated cost of the project is $32.5 million. In-service for the project is slated for late fall 2017.

Northern Natural Gas has filed a blanket authorization notice with the FERC stating its intent to install and operate a new 11,152-horsepower compressor station (Bakersfield Com-pressor Station in Pecos County, Texas. Second, Northern proposes to construct and operate 1.5 miles of 20-inch diam-eter pipeline. Third, Northern proposes to construct and oper-ate an interconnect with a third party. The pipeline will be con-nected to the discharge side of the Bakersfield compressor station and the terminus will be at the proposed interconnect station with a third-party pipeline. The project will allow North-ern to transport 200,000 Dth/day of incremental load through the addition of compression, pipeline and interconnect to a third-party pipeline from Northern’s existing system. The total cost is approximately $28,200,000.

Northwest Pipeline has received a Notice of Environmental Review from the FERC for the proposed Northfork Nook-sack Line Lowering Project in Whatcom County, Wash-

ington. Issuance of the Environmental Assessment is set for November 13, 2017 with a final project decision slated for February 11, 2018. Northwest proposes to remove, replace, and lower about 1,700 feet of 30-inch pipeline in the north floodplain of the North Fork Nooksack River. The project also includes removal of about 1,550 feet of previously abandoned in place 26-inch pipeline that will become exposed during the replacement of the 30-inch pipeline.

The staff of the FERC will prepare an Environmental As-sessment that will discuss the environmental impacts of the 2018 Expansion Project involving construction and operation of facilities by Paiute Pipeline Company in Douglas and Lyon Counties and Carson City, Nevada. Pai-ute plans to construct approximately 8.4 miles of pipeline to upsize or loop four sections along its Carson and South Tahoe Laterals in Douglas and Lyon Counties and Carson City, Nevada. The project would provide 4,604 dekatherms per day of new natural gas transportation capacity to meet growing demands in the above mentioned areas and in El Dorado County, California. The project would consist of: construction of 0.34 miles of new 12-inch pipeline paralleling Paiute’s existing South Tahoe Lateral pipeline (Segment 1); replacement of 1.58 miles of existing 8-inch Carson Lateral

County; modifications at the Westtown Meter Station and Wagoner Interconnect in Orange County; modifications at the Ramapo Meter Station in Rockland County; and other ap-purtenant facilities. The project would provide approximately 223,000 dekatherms per day of firm transportation service from Millennium’s existing Corning Compressor Station to an interconnect with Algonquin Gas Transmission, LLC in Ra-mapo, New York.

NAmerico Partners LP is proposing a multibillion-dollar pipe-line to carry natural gas from fast-growing fields in West Texas to the Gulf Coast. The pipeline, one of at least three being considered to ease a looming gas glut in the Permian produc-ing region, would link to existing lines, including those that export gas to Mexico and to a Cheniere Energy Inc. lique-fied natural gas export facility under construction. The pipe-line would be the first major project by NAmerico Partners, founded two years ago in Houston. The company is backed by private equity fund Cresta Energy LP, whose management includes former executives from Regency Energy Partners LP, a large energy infrastructure company that was bought by Energy Transfer Partners (ETP.N) in 2015. A spokesper-son from NAmerico stated that discussions with prospective shippers were at an advanced stage, and the pipeline would

begin operations in 2019 if enough of them committed to sup-plying gas. NAmerico's 468-mile (753-km) pipeline, named the Pecos Trail Pipeline, would transport some 1.85 billion cubic feet per day of natural gas to the major Gulf Coast refin-ing and petrochemical hub in Corpus Christi. Kinder Morgan, which operates the largest natural gas pipeline network in North America, also recently outlined a plan to build a 430-mile pipeline traveling a similar route. It would be able to move 1.7 bcf per day of gas. Enterprise Products Partners, another large pipeline operator, has said it may build a gas line to Corpus Christi, Texas, from the Permian. Kinder Mor-gan has also said its pipeline would begin operations in 2019 if enough shippers commit. Analysts said the potential for new supplies could allow multiple projects to proceed. The projects are being planned as big producers including Exx-on Mobil, Apache Corp. and Chevron Corp. are expected to pour billions of dollars into drilling in the Permian, a vast shale play in West Texas known for its low production costs and massive reserves.

Northern Natural Gas Company has received a favorable Environmental Assessment from the FERC for its proposed Des Moines B-Line Loop Project. The project would include a total of 13.8 miles of 20-inch diameter pipeline loop in two

Loop pipeline with 12-inch pipeline (Segment 2); replacement of 2.34 miles of existing 10-inch pipeline along Paiute’s exist-ing Carson Lateral pipeline with 20-inch pipeline (Segment 3); and construction of 4.17 miles of new 20-inch pipeline loop paralleling Paiute’s existing Carson Lateral pipeline (Segment 4). There are no aboveground facilities planned for the project. Exxon and Saudi Basic Industries Corp 2010.SE, an arm of Saudi Aramco, the state-owned energy company, also have proposed building a multibillion-dollar chemical and plastics plant outside of Corpus Christi. That plant would use natural gas as a raw material.

PennEast Pipeline Company LLC applauded the FERC is-suance of a Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), vali-dating after nearly three years of scientific review and input from numerous stakeholders that the approximately 120-mile underground natural gas pipeline can be built with little impact on the environment. The Final EIS is the last major federal regulatory hurdle for PennEast Pipeline prior to an anticipated favorable order from FERC Commissioners that would result in approval of the project. The Order would award PennEast a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity and is expected this summer. With the Final EIS, two government agencies now have affirmed that PennEast Pipeline’s con-struction and ongoing operations will not harm the environ-ment, including waterways. The second validation is from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, which issued in February a Water Quality Certification as required by section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act. The 120-mile Project is more than 90 percent subscribed under long-term contracts with local gas utilities, power generators and other energy customers. Local customers will benefit from the de-livery of clean, American energy that is slated to be approxi-mately 30 percent less expensive than natural gas supplies from the Gulf of Mexico, which have traditionally fueled the northeast. A study by Concentric Energy Advisors found that due to pipeline constraints in the region, consumers would have saved nearly one billion dollars during the winter of 2013-2014 had PennEast been in service. Prices during that winter spiked to more than 70 times that of non-peak periods.

A subsidiary of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. an-nounced a successful conclusion to the open season for ad-ditional capacity from the Delaware Basin to Cushing, OK (Sunrise Expansion Project). The Partnership announced that it has received sufficient committed volume from shippers to expand portions of its pipeline systems to accommodate a volume increase of approximately 120,000 barrels per day of movements from the Delaware Basin and Midland to Cush-ing, OK. The committed volume will move on a combination of new and existing pipelines. The Partnership plans to ex-tend its Sunrise Pipeline system, which currently originates at Midland and connects with Colorado City, by building ap-proximately 180-miles of 24-inch pipeline from Colorado City, TX to Wichita Falls, TX. The balance of the capacity will be

provided by a combination of spare capacity and capacity enhancements to existing pipelines, which include capacity expansions to our Delaware Basin system of up to 200,000 barrels per day. The pipeline system will deliver to Plains' and third-party terminals in Cushing, OK. Subject to timely receipt of necessary permits and regulatory approvals, the additional capacity is expected to be operational in early to mid-2019.

Port Arthur Pipeline, LLC, a subsidiary of Sempra LNG & Midstream, is proposing to develop a natural gas pipeline in connection with the proposed development of the Port Arthur Liquefaction Project by Port Arthur LNG, LLC, and PALNG Common Facilities in Jefferson County, Texas. The proposed Port Arthur Pipeline Project would consist of two segments oriented north and south of the proposed liquefaction proj-ect. The 27.6-mile northern portion of the proposed pipeline project would extend from Vidor in Orange County, TX to the proposed liquefaction project, with the majority of the pro-posed pipeline co-located with existing energy infrastructure rights-of-way. The approximately 7-mile southern portion of the proposed Pipeline Project would originate in Cameron Parish, Louisiana on the east bank of Sabine Lake and ter-minate at the Port Arthur Liquefaction Project. The proposed pipeline project would interconnect the Port Arthur Liquefac-tion Project to various intra- and interstate pipelines, providing access to a number of major U.S. natural gas supply basins. An FERC application was submitted on November 29, 2016 and Port Arthur Pipeline, LLC anticipates FERC authorization by May 2018. Construction is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2021, with commercial operations expected to be-gin in third quarter of 2022.

Spire STL Pipeline is requesting FERC authority to con-struct and operate a pipeline project which would include: the construction of approximately 59 miles of a new greenfield, 24-inch diameter pipeline; the acquisition of approximately seven miles of existing Line 880, currently owned by Laclede Gas Company (Laclede); and minor modifications to line 880 after it is acquired. Spire’s new pipeline would extend from an interconnection with the Rockies Express Pipeline (REX) southward through Scott, Greene and Jersey Counties, Illi-nois and St. Charles and St. Louis Counties, Missouri to an interconnection with the Laclede’s Line 880. Combined the project will be a new, approximately 66 mile long interstate natural gas pipeline that is designed to provide approximately 400,000 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) of new firm natural gas transportation service to the St. Louis metropolitan area. The cost to construct and acquire the project facilities is approxi-mately $220 million dollars.

County Mine Panel 18W Project. Texas Eastern was seeking authorization to perform work due to the anticipated longwall mining activities of Marshall County Coal Company in Panel 18W of its Marshall County Mine.

Texas Gas Transmission, LLC has filed a request with the FERC seeking authority to abandon in place approximately 4.4 miles and abandon by removal 2.4 miles of 8-inch pipeline designated as the Calliou Bay – Dog Lake (CBD) Pipeline, abandon in place approximately 10.1 miles and abandon by removal 1.7 miles of 10-inch pipeline designated as the Deep Saline – Peltex (DST) Pipeline, and abandon by removal two platforms including associated boat landings, tube turns, in-cluding risers, meter facilities, associated piping, and other auxiliary appurtenances in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana.

Texas Eastern Transmission, LP has received FERC ap-proval for the Bayway Lateral Project. Texas Eastern will construct and operate approximately 2,300 feet of 24-inch-di-ameter lateral pipeline, a new metering and regulating station that will include two separate delivery points, and related ap-purtenances and ancillary facilities. The Bayway Lateral Proj-ect will extend from an interconnection with Texas Eastern’s existing 42-inch-diameter Line 38 to Phillips 66’s Bayway Refinery and Linden Cogen’s cogeneration plant in Linden, New Jersey. The project is designed to provide up to 300,000 dekatherms (Dth) per day of firm transportation service. Texas Eastern estimates the cost of the Bayway Lateral Project to be $30,867,969. The project has a slated in-service date of late 2017.

Tall Oak Midstream II, LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries recently concluded a non-binding open season for its TOM Midcon Transport residue gas pipeline project. The non-binding open season solicited commitments for firm transpor-tation capacity from Tall Oak’s Carmen Plant in Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, to deliveries at the Canadian-Blackwell CDP on Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc. The Carmen Plant is currently connected to Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Com-pany and ONEOK Gas Transportation, LLC for residue gas deliveries. Tall Oak’s customers have requested additional residue gas takeaway capacity and market flexibility through a proposed interconnect with Southern Star Central Gas Pipe-line. The preliminary scope of the project consists of approxi-mately 8 miles of 12-inch or 16-inch pipeline to the point of interconnect. Following the open season, Tall Oak will refine the preliminary scope of the project with a project design that is capable of accommodating the level of shipper nominations received in this open season.

The staff of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has prepared an Environmental Assessment for the Border Crossing Project, proposed by Valley Crossing Pipeline, LLC. Valley Crossing is requesting authorization to construct and operate an approximately 1,000-foot-long, 42-inch-diam-

eter, natural gas transmission pipeline in the Gulf of Mexico, across the international boundary between the United States of America and the United Mexican States (Mexico). The project would connect the non-jurisdictional Valley Crossing System with the Mexican Marina Pipeline and facilitate the delivery/export of up to 2.6 billion cubic feet per day of natural gas to Mexico.

Venture Global Plaquemines LNG, LLC (Plaquemines LNG) and Venture Global Gator Express, LLC (Gator Ex-press Pipeline) has an application before the FERC seek-ing authority to construct a liquefied natural gas (LNG) export terminal and pipeline facilities located in Plaquemines Par-ish, Louisiana. Together the proposals are referred to as the Plaquemines LNG and Gator Express Pipeline Project or Project. Plaquemines LNG and Gator Express Pipeline are proposing to construct and operate a new LNG export termi-nal and associated facilities along the west bank of the Missis-sippi River in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana (Terminal) and to construct and operate two new 42-inch diameter natural gas pipeline laterals that will connect the Terminal to the pipe-line facilities of Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company and Texas Eastern Transmission. The two parallel and adjacent laterals (11.7 and 15.1 miles long) would be operated at an MAOP of 1,200 pounds per square inch and will be designed to provide firm transportation capacity of approximately 1,970,000 Dt/d to the Terminal. Total cost of the pipeline portion of the project is estimated to be approximately 284 million dollars.

Williams Partners L.P. has filed an application with the FERC seeking authorization for its Northeast Supply En-hancement project, which would create 400,000 deka-therms per day of incremental firm transportation capac-ity to markets in the northeastern United States for the 2019/2020 winter heating season. Transco, the nation’s largest-volume and fastest-growing interstate natural gas pipeline system, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Williams Partners L.P., of which Williams owns approximately 74 percent. Transco has executed precedent agreements with subsidiaries of National Grid – the largest distributor of nat-ural gas in the northeastern U.S. – for firm transportation service under the project. Once complete, the project will help meet the growing natural gas demand in the North-east, including the 1.8 million customers served by Nation-al Grid in Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and Long Is-land. Subject to approval by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Northeast Supply Enhancement project will consist of approximately 10 miles of 42-inch pipeline looping facilities, three miles of onshore 26-inch looping fa-cilities, 23 miles of offshore 26-inch looping facilities, the addition of 21,902 horsepower at an existing compressor station; a new 32,000 horsepower compressor station; and related appurtenant facilities. The certificate application reflects an expected capital cost of $926.5 million and a target in-service date of Dec. 1, 2019.
