Physical inventory of a portion of the warehouse at regular intervals to ensure accurate stock statusCycle counting allows you to count blocks of inventory periodically instead of all of your inventory at one time

Update Physical Count

First, select Use Cycle Count.

Next, enter the Cycle Count Number.

Third step, hit the Retrieve icon

Deselect the Approved Checkbox

Select the Reason for adjustment

Save the record: File/Save or

Note the Adjustment Number

Locating Discrepancies

Prior to updating the counts, run the Physical Count vs. On Hand report to view items off by a specified margin of difference
