Project size:Capacity to deliver 2,900 residential units (including significant PRS content), a primary school and over 40,000 ft of mixed use retail led development.
Services provided:Bilfinger GVA managed this three-stage procurement process on behalf of the Met Police, the first to come forward utilising the London Development Panel. A development partner was successfully selected.

Commercial & Mixed UseDevelopment consultancy advice and land agency services for commercial and mixed use schemes typically combining residential, retail & leisure and employment uses. Advice includes market demand and financial viability analysis which informs scheme configuration to assist both the planning application and marketing processes.
The Bilfinger GVA Land & Development team regularly act as project co-ordinator on behalf of land owners & developers alike throughout the development process from scheme conception through to, planning and disposal. We frequently combine our extensive in-house capabilities, such as planning consultants, building surveyors and sector specific specialists with a wide range of external consultants, including architects, highway specialists and engineers.
