Project size:Capacity to deliver 2,900 residential units (including significant PRS content), a primary school and over 40,000 ft of mixed use retail led development.

Services provided:Bilfinger GVA managed this three-stage procurement process on behalf of the Met Police, the first to come forward utilising the London Development Panel. A development partner was successfully selected.

Project size:Bordon was one of four large strategic sites for which we procured Development Partners on behalf of the DIO. The sites collectively had capacity for 15,000 homes.
