Summary Sales activity for Hermosa Beach dropped slightly in March as total closed escrows declined 11.11% relative to April. Other underperforming metrics include median sales price (-11.46%) and sales-listing ratio (-23.23%). Metrics moving in the other direction, however, include median days to sell (36.67%) and net listing (+15.91%).
