Announcements

Easter Offerings - Your Annie Armstrong and/or CBF Global Missions Offerings will be accepted throughout the month of March. Envelopes for both Missions can be found in the pews. Special Lenten Services - Every Wednesday through Easter the Adult Bible Study will shift to a Wednesday night Worship Service for the Season of Lent. Each service will begin at 6:45 pm and will be held in the Sanctuary. Dr. Dorman will be leading us in a study of the “Seven Last Words of Christ From the Cross.” Please plan now to attend these special worship opportunities as we prepare to celebrate the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Spring Mission Project - The GA’s are beginning a new spring mission project. They will be collecting old, small flower pots that they will decorate and fill with spring flowers to be delivered to our shut-ins. The flower pots do not have to be new. They will be decorating them with paint, rub-on transfers and ribbons. Please watch for the collection box in the Education Building. Deacon’s Meeting - Today at 6:00 pm in the Conference Room. VBS Meeting - Today at 12:15 pm in the Fellowship Hall. If you are interested in helping with VBS you are invited to attend this meeting. Lunch will be provided by Jason’s Deli. This year’s theme is “Pandamania.” Looking for leaders and assistants in all areas. Come to eat, learn about this year’s VBS and see what would fit best for you. Everyone interested in helping with VBS this year is invited to attend. Cemetery Meeting - Monday, March 21st at 7:00 pm in the Conference Room. Senior Adult Rally - Tuesday, March 22nd at 9:30 am. The bus will leave at 8:30 am from the lower parking lot. Meet-n-Eat - Friday, March 25th at 7:00 pm at IHOP. We will begin a Beth Moore Study of Esther. Kid’s Night Out - Friday, March 25th from 7:00-8:30 pm. We will again have an older and younger group. The older group will have a movie night. The younger children will have a show-and-tell about their favorite toy. Snacks and drinks are provided. Youth Event - Friday, March 25th. Reverse Your Thinking. Baptist Men’s Meeting - Saturday, March 26th at 7:30 am in the Fellowship Hall. Council Meeting - Sunday, March 27th at 4:30 pm in the Conference Room.

Thank You

Norwood and Nancy Hargrove would like to thank you so much for the prayers and cards. “We still need your prayers because the doctors don’t know for sure what caused the seizure. Aidan will have a MRI every 6 months to see if there is any change. Hopefully it is only scar tissue.” Pennie Wilson says, “Thank you for your expressions of care and sympathy during my brother’s death. Thank you for your love and concern shown to our family during my daughter Joan’s cancer treatment. We are excited to share with you the results of her PET scan were clean, with no evidence of cancer. Thank you for your faithful prayer support.” Clara Whitley says, “I thank all of you for the thoughts and prayers and cards, etc. that have come my way during my illness. May God bless you all and keep you in His care as He has done for me.” The cards are on the bulletin board in the Education Building.

Christian Yin Yoga Class - There will be a Yin Yoga class every Tuesday night until May 24th in the Fellowship Hall. Please come and bring your friends. The classes will be from 7:00 pm until 8:15 pm. Personnel Committee Meeting - Thursday, March 31st at 7:00 pm in the Conference Room. T-Team Meeting - Saturday, April 2nd at 9:00 am in the Fellowship Hall.

Attention KBC Parents: If you have a child participating in children’s worship, please make sure they are picked up at the end of the church service by a parent or adult. The children’s worship leaders will only allow children to be picked up by a parent or adult from the nursery, toddler, 2-3 year old, 4-5 year old, or 6-7 year old classrooms. We love our children at KBC and want to ensure their safety!
