Dear AIESEC in Portugal, Last year Portugal Y2B Forum, was an unique experience, where students could find everything they needed to be an entrepreneur, provided them with the tools and knowledge to boost their will to do something for their future. We’ve reach 700 students. This year we want to go further: we want to make a real impact on our society; we want to create a national youth voice, and approach businesses and youth! This youth voice will be composed by more than 400 students, with different backgrounds. We believe that Portugal Y2B Forum will be relevant among students and companies, but we need your help to make this happened. Along this year we had some issues, but the national team never quite and are doing its best to make this come true. This is the result of a combined effort of more 20 members, but this effort will be irrelevant if you don’t join us. In this booklet you can find everything you need about this year edition. Transcript of Info Booklet

Dear AIESEC in Portugal,

Last year Portugal Y2B Forum, was an unique experience, where students could

find everything they needed to be an entrepreneur, provided them with the tools and

knowledge to boost their will to do something for their future. We’ve reach 700

students.

This year we want to go further: we want to make a real impact on our society; we

want to create a national youth voice, and approach businesses and youth!

This youth voice will be composed by more than 400 students, with different

backgrounds. We believe that Portugal Y2B Forum will be relevant among students

and companies, but we need your help to make this happened.

Along this year we had some issues, but the national team never quite and are doing

its best to make this come true. This is the result of a combined effort of more 20

members, but this effort will be irrelevant if you don’t join us.

In this booklet you can find everything you need about this year edition. If you have

any further inquiries, please contact the Information Management team (you can

find their contacts at the end of this booklet).

Thanks J

Portugal Y2B Forum team

This year Portugal Youth to Business Forum is perfectly aligned with the global brand

and goals: to approach youth and business!

Since we’re living in a year of constant social changes, affected by the economic crises

that are changing and shaping our future, we want to create a national youth voice, and

make an event that is output driven – meaning that we want youth to contribute actively

to Portugal’s development.

We’ll be presenting the future tendencies, both national and international, and how to

apply those same tendencies in different fields: Sciences and technology; Economy and

Management; Health and Education. We want to reach youth from different

backgrounds, in order to cause impact across all sectors.

We’ll collect all outputs from the different workshops and talks, and present them to the

students after the Forum is complete – our goal is to unite everyone with a single goal:

develop Portugal.

Our agenda is divided into different blocks (?):

Tendencies – where 2 speakers will present the future tendencies on a global

scale

“Debates Improváveis” – here the guest speakers will present their

perspective on Portugal’s development (there isn’t any interaction with the audience at

this point)

Leadership talk – to be deliver by a guest speaker – how can leaders shape our

future?

Workshops – to be delivery by business. How to put into reality everything

that has been discuss in the previous talks. These workshops will be divided into the

different areas. There will be 8 workshops running in parell, with 25 students each.

These workshops will be divided into 3 segments:

1. How is that business contributing to Portugal’s future?

2. How will that specific area (education; health; management;

science) contribute to the future.

3. How will those students\youth contribute to our future?

Sharing Ideas – Final discussion about all the topics discussed and create the

final outputs – in this space youth and business will be shaping our future!

Final goal: Create a national youth voice and contribute actively to Portugal’s

development.

At this moment we have already confirmed more than fifteen speakers and we are really

close to confirm the remain ones.

Here you can see, some of our main speakers:

3. Subscriptions will open very soon, the fee is 15€ for students, 30€ for

non-students. You can organize transportation for your delegates and

charge money for that service, but you should be very clear with the

delegates about the amount they are going to pay, making it clear with

which amount is for the fee and for the transportation.

4. Commitment. Key word for making a huge conference. If everyone

accepts the commitment to this conference, we can all profit in a certain

way with Y2B.
