Communication Responsible for the communication flow of the LC, internally and externally. Communication role in LCUI also more about the non-corporate marketing.

Available Position 1.  Promotion & Creative Manager •  Responsible to support the internal and external

communication of AIESEC UI by managing the promotion for any of LC’s activities, in terms of direct and indirect (visual) promotions. Make sure the Brand Guidelines in terms of promotional tools are well implemented.

2.  Public Relation Manager •  Responsible to create, build, and maintain AIESEC UI’s

relation with public, both directly and indirectly (social media). Make cooperation with other organizations related to AIESEC UI activities, and strengthen AIESEC UI’s brand positioning.

Available Position 3.  Media Relation Manager Responsible in creating, building, and maintaining

AIESEC UI relation with media partners. Support LC’s external communication by ensure there are media exposure about AIESEC UI.

4.  Information Management Manager Responsible for the internal communication flow in the LC

(opportunities, updates, etc.), communication related with visual spaces and technology (website, blog, myAIESEC.net, etc) and the documentation of AIESEC UI datas and activities.

Talent Management Responsible in managing and developing the human resource of the organization. For example through allocation of member to functional, training, conference, and assessment

1.  Recruitment Manager Responsible for choosing the right and best

talents, make sure ‘the right man in the right place’, have the future leaders in LC UI on his/her hands

2.  Consulting Manager Responsible for maintaining each members get a

quality experience through feedback system and be a consultant for personal and professional development of member

3. Talent Development Responsible for increasing the quality of LC UI’s

leaders through induction, training, and conference. Give LC UI its global atmosphere to all members through implementation of Global Learning Environment

External Relation A functional that is responsible in establishing strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with AIESEC UI’s external stakeholders

Available Position 1.  Alumni & BoA Relation Manager The role of this manager is to build cooperation with BoA, and Alumni in

order to fulfill the LC’s need. This Manager is also responsible to maintain the relationship with local alumni and local BoA.

2.  Business Development Manager (2 Position) The main role of this manager is to create strategic partnership with

companies, especially Financial Partnership and also manage other type of partnership and joint project with corporates ( e.g : surveys, company brandings, etc ), as well as supporting other department in raising MT / TT TNs for LC UI.

strategic partnership with NGOs, Government Institutions, and also SME entities, as well as supporting other department in raising DT / ET TNs for LC UI

OGX GCDP A functional that responsible to manage Exchange Participant to go abroad for Global Community Development Program

Available Position 1.  OGX GCDP Exchange Process (3

Position) Will be responsible in developing strategy and

managing the outgoing exchange activity focusing on gaining partnership, raising, matching, and realization process

2.  OGX GCDP Relation Manager Will be responsible in promoting exchange, managing

ongoing registration and OGX database, and supervising the OGX GCDP events.

Available Position 1.  OGX GIP Research & Relation Manager (1 Position) The role of this portfolio is developing strategy and

managing the outgoing exchange activity focusing on segmenting for market research for external market for OGX GIP.

2.  OGX GIP Exchange Process Manager (2 Position) The role of this portfolio is developing strategy and

managing the outgoing exchange activity focusing on raising matching and realizing process,together with the VP OGX GIP and the OGX GIP team.

ICX GCDP Responsible for the incoming exchange participant that coming to Indonesia for Global Community Development Program and also managing the Project Based on Exchange on our Local Committee

Available Position 1.  GCDP TN Manager (2 Position) ICX GCDP TN Manager is responsible to lead and manage

ICX team and or staff in order to achieve ICX target. He/she is responsible for the whole ICX flow from raising TN takers, matching, realizing, and make sure the high number of quality and quantity of internships.

2.  ICX GCDP Research & Relation Manager ICX GCDP Research & Relation Manager is responsible to

lead and manage ICX GCDP team or staff in order to developing strategy and managing the incoming exchange.

3. Quality & Service Manager The role of this portfolio is to support the VP

ICX GCDP in ensuring a Service and Learning and helping the EP orientation.

Responsible for the incoming exchange participant that coming to Indonesia for internship in professional sector, such as companies etc.

Available Position 1.  Corporate Manager He/she is responsible for the whole ICX flow from

conducting market research for corporate market, raising corporate TN takers, matching, and realizing the exchange. He/she will also responsible to lead and supervise CEEDers.

2.  Non-Corporate Manager He/she is responsible for the whole ICX flow from

conducting market research for potential market other than corporate (e.g: educational institution), raising non-corporate TN takers, matching, and realizing the exchange. He/she will also responsible to lead and supervise CEEDers.

3. Quality & Delivery Manager He/she is responsible for the realization part

of the ICX flow and ensuring the quality of GIP exchange. This includes intern culture orientation.

Finance & Governance Ensuring LC’s financial sustainability and the implementation of good governance. Decide on where, when, and how much the allocation of LC’s resources.

Available Position 1.  Accounting Manager The Accounting Manager, in general, is responsible for the

overall accounting and financial analysis activities in LC and projects as well LC documentation internally and externally

2.  Controller The Controller overall is responsible manage his/her team

to track all functional in terms of legality, governance, financial activities, and performance, also maintaining quality of LC UI projects.

Available Position 3.  General & Administrative Manager The General Administrative Manager, in overall, is

responsible for LC Office and cash outflow activities through reimbursement and cash advance systems, respons ib le in p rov id ing sus ta inab le asse t management, leading merchandising team. and also support LC UI towards internal audit from MC.

1.  EwA Project Coordinator Recruit and supervise Project OC team activities to

ensure the quality of Project in AIESEC LCUI. 2.  Youth Engagement R&D Manager The Youth Engagement R&D Manager, in overall,

is responsible for exploring youth’s needs in Jabodetabek and discovering opportunity to fulfill the needs.

Expansion Responsible for the establishment & development of new AIESEC entities, especially in Jakarta area trough training and coaching.

Available Position 1.  Expansion Coordinator The Expansion Coordinator, in overall, is responsible for

coaching, tracking, and maintaining relationship with the LC expansion and also the bridge between the LC Expansion and LCVP Expansion

2.  Expansion Controlling Manager The Expansion Controlling Manager, in overall, is

responsible for compiling the exchange number and progress tracker, do brand, ER, and financial audit, and make the report for LCVP Expansion

Available Position 3.  Expansion Youth Alliance Manager The Expansion Youth Alliance Manager, in overall, is

responsible for searching new potential market for AIESEC Representative (Youth Alliance) Program. Conducting a market research, connecting between potential universities and AIESEC UI, and responsible to be the front man of expansion to the third party. RPD Manager will also be responsible for the Jakarta Collaborative Project and will be responsible to be the ‘coach’ for Youth Alliance teams.
