Psychologits describe two major personality types_ Type A and Type B. People with Type A personalities work very hard. They never relax. They usually rush through their daily activities. They get angry easily and often have high blood pressure.

In contrast, Type B personalities usually take life easier. They remain calm even in stressful situations and rarely lose their tempers.
