Daily long walks on or off leash on our 8 kms of trails, huge outdoor playgrounds and big indoor play space for bad weather days guarantee your dog’s well- being. THE TEAM The operators of Kennel Land have a combined 90 years of experience caring for dogs and other animals and this is a reflection on our love for all animals. Petra, originally from Germany, has not only a degree in Animal Naturopathy including Homeopathy, Acu- puncture and Bach Flower Therapy but also a MBA in business and computer science. She looks after the business side of Kennel Land, manages the website and does the accounting. Being very sportive and health conscious herself she is also responsible for the health and exercise of our dogs and takes them jogging with her or running with the bike. Petra is also a licensed horse professional and has been a licensed animal trainer for over 30 years. Tony has been a proud dog owner for most of his life and has experienced and trained working dogs such as sled dogs, hunting dogs and most importantly the regular family dogs. He became involved with dogs helping his Dad and later his uncle train and care for sled dogs in northern Ontario where Tony grew up. Through his whole life Tony had animals around him and he has been active with the Humane Society rescuing several dogs. In his spare time he also participates in Wildlife Management since many years. Tony is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the kennel, cleaning the suites, walking the dogs and maintaining the facility. He also conducts the tours of the kennel for initial visits and gladly answers any questions you might have. In his role of supreme cookie master he is also in charge of all the dog treats and every dog simply loves him. • Large grassy outdoor playgrounds with dog houses and extensive play structures where the dogs can play all day long
• Very spacious oversized individual or group suites each with window, soft rubber flooring and raised beds in a climate controlled and heated building for overnight boarding
• A huge indoor play area with great footing for bad-weather-days and classes
• Heated indoor lounge with chairs and sofas to hang out if the weather does not permit playing outdoors
• 150 acres of farm land teeming with wildlife in open fields, bush and ponds providing your dog with lots of smells and things to explore
• Long or short walks, jogging or running beside the bike on the country property on scenic trails through grass fields, bush and forests, individually catered for the exercise needs of your dog
• Very flexible pick-up and drop-off times
