Opens with a Close up shot of the lead star Hayley Williams, highlighting her eyes and hair.

Extreme contrast between the singer and these cheerleaders, the lead singer is very quirky and individual whereas these cheerleaders aren’t..

Another close up shot highlighting the lead singers extravagant hair colour which happens to be her main feature.

The words “RIOT” are published all over the back board which is Paramore’s album name. The red trousers of both musicians stand out from the black and white backboard.

Having the backing scene white and black makes her hair once again stand out

Opening shot is a Close up of the lead singer “Tynchy Stryder” showing off his jewellery and “Star in the hood” top which is also the name of his Album which this song features on.

The silver number one is linking in with the title of the song “Number One” He is positioned as a confident and dominant person pointing at the screen.

Choreographed dance routine for the band each time the chorus begins. The lead singer is put into a bright red dress standing out from the others showing that he is the lead singer.

UV lighting is used to highlight her bikini which is displayed on her slim and toned body conveying maybe she is the “number one” the band are singing about. The rest of the picture is black which adds to the effect of the UV lighting because this is what you are focusing on.

Tynchy Stryder is once again wearing his “Star in the hood” T-shirt advertising his album, also under a UV light which highlights the writing. The blue gives a very impressive look because it stands out so much

The opening scene is a long shot focusing on Gwen playing the piano which can be heard by viewers. Her yellow top makes her stand out from the bland back ground and black piano.

This pose is almost conveying her as drunk which is contrasted with the Alice in wonderland theme which is aimed at a younger audience?

This scene is also ironic due to the Alice theme and a young audience because It is displaying a lady smoking a Hookah.

I love this video because of the bright colours used. The makeup on the Chinese characters is amazing and the I think using the theme of Alice In Wonderland is really great too.
