Choose Web of Science from the database list

First choose All Databases from the tab options

Thirdly, conduct a search in the search boxes. As an example, use the terms:• Pollution or contamination or sewage or oilAND• Marine or ocean or seaAND• Biodiversity

Secondly, change the drop downs to ‘topic’

Finally, click ‘Search’

1. Choose the article you wish to import

2. Click ‘Add to marked list’

1. A tick will show that this article has been added to the marked list.

2. Click ‘Marked List’

1. Select the fields you wish to include in the output

2. Select ‘Plain text’ from the drop down option

3. Select Save to file

Go to RefWorks and Choose ‘Import’ in the ‘References’ toolbar.

In the Data Source Field choose University of Cape Town

In the Database Field choose Web of Knowledge

2. Click ‘Choose file’
