Posture Rope Instructions
Step 1: Align rope evenly across back
Step 2: Throw Rope ends directly back and over
shoulders
Step 3: Criss-Cross ends to make X across your back
Step 4: Firmly pull, alternating left & right sides until shoulders are pulled up
and back
Step 5: Tie and front and wear
Wear posture rope for as little as 20
minutes or as long as several hours.
Use several times a week, or whenever you need a posture
reminder. Once removed, your
muscle memory will bring you back to perfect posture
position.
