The aim of this Post Graduate course is not only to further the teaching skills and underpinning knowledge of a graduate teacher but to also develop their personal journey through specialist areas and deep asana practice I wish to deepen your practice and apply such techniques as a daily morning Kriya and brain exercise to allow you to experience the power of thought and the application of ancient Yoga practises. As a busy teacher you will know how difficult it is to keep your own regular practice going, so a course like this will give you back a routine and take you home with many new ideas and inspiring class ideas. As you know the most experienced teachers work with beginners and the less experienced with those who students who have experience…with that in mind going back to basics and developing skills to take them further is a truly important strategy for a teacher who wants a long and happy career. Part of your course will be deep meditation and the learning, application and practice of 3 new techniques not practised on your 200hr. These will include Intense Tratak and Walking Meditation.
Your personal journey day with Shereen Khachik from Norway is based around the river aptly named RIVER FLOW. Shereen is a Physco Drama Therapist, Conflict resolution expert, Dance therapist and consultant, Sun Power Yoga teacher and Sound Therapist. She has over 35 years of specialist expertise. You will be in caring, safe and creative hands for the day! Shereen is also a ‘light-‐hearted’ worker of miracles. Building a Business. As a business consultant myself, I have been running my own company’s since I was 18 and I will be presenting a session on how to build a business, yoga studio, and work with your business plan to help you take the next steps. Please bring an idea with you to work on. Coming to Italy is more than just coming to gain a new qualification so we make sure you go home having experienced something of this amazingly historic, green and plentiful land. Portico Di Romagna is steeped in history. It is 600 years old, has Roman ruins where you least expect them, a bell tower that has its own story…ask Camilla… and is a haven for young artists, musicians and poets. We will visit the old ‘volcano’ though it is actually gas from the earths core alight, that looks like it is a campfire. Discovered over 600 years ago it is still left as it was found no tourist kiosk or anyone selling cappuccinos! Day 3. 5-30am Kriya, Brain & Meditations
Morning Advanced Technique class, Afternoon Headstand and Shoulder stand variations and advanced Matsyasana/fish and the use of mantra.
Day 4. 5-30am Kriya, Brain & Meditations/Tratak
Morning Advanced Technique class Afternoon Parsvakanasana variations More Health benefits surrounding these poses for both men and women, to include fertility

Day 10 Relax, consider, appraise, gather and be joyful!
