Create a workflow

To create a board

1. Click the + Sign

Click Create Board

2. Click new board

This will appear

Enter a Title

You can rename it later

Default setting is Private

Click Create

To close the menu tab

Click here

To create a list

Enter a name

Click Save

Done with your lists?

You can click X

To add a card

Click Add a card

Enter a card's name

Click Add

To move a card from the list

Click and drag the card

This will appear

To customize the card

Click on the card

This will appear

This is called “Card Back”

Enter a description

Click Save

To communicate with team members

Write a Comment using @ mention

To assign task to members

Click Members

Select the due date

To add an attachment

Click Attachment

Locate the photo

Click Computer

Select a photo you like

Click Open

This will appear

For a member to receive a notification

Click Subscribe

When finish with the cards

Click Archive

To go back to your board

Click here

This will appear

To Collaborate, Share and Discuss a project

Click Add Members

Enter a Email address

Click Send

This will appear

You can drag member to the card

To change background

Click change background

Click the one you like

To rename a board

Click the board

Enter a name

Click Rename

To see your board on top of your board list

Click Star

Click here to change the visibility of your board

Click here to see your profile

Click here to see notifications
