• Participationisrecordedforprofessionaldevelopment.
• Eachacademicisformallycongratulatedwhenthesign-offprocessiscomplete,initiallyviaemail,thenawardedtheircertificateofcompletionatanendofyearevent.

• Feedbackfromacademicshasbeenoverwhelminglypositive.
• ThefacultieshaveembracedtheprojectandaregeneratingapositivebuzzwithintheUniversityaboutthepossibilitiesitoffers.
• Manyacademicshavetakenadvantageoftheopportunityforsubjectrenewalandarerethinkingsomeoftheirteachingapproachesaswellasthemostsuitableresourcesneededfortheirsubject.
