Setting Up Xperia™ E dual – Dual SIM Cards

Xperia™ E dual allows customers to easily switch between 2 SIM cards. You can program SIM cards and enable or disable each at will for data traffic, outgoing calls, and text messaging.

Demonstrate to the customer how to set one SIM as the Default SIM.

Insert both SIM cards into Xperia™ E dual and start the phone. At start, SIM card 1 will be the default. To change the Default SIM, you can use one of the following options:

1. SIM switch widget on homepage2. SIM switch Quick settings, via notifications panel3. Power down menu – Press on the power key for 2 seconds and select from list

Demonstrate to the customer how to program SIM cards to automatically handle “Calls & messaging” and “Data traffic”, separately customizing settings for each SIM card.

1. In the Settings menu, select Dual SIM cards.

2. Check Auto switch boxes, enabling automatic default to selected SIM cards for those incoming/outgoing actions.
