TEAM COLLABORATION IS A WAY TO ACCOMPLISH A TASK THAT CANNOT BE DONE BY A SINGLE PERSON, OR A TASK THAT CAN BE
FINISHED MUCH FASTER WHEN PERFORMED BY A TEAM.
(TASK MANAGEMENT GUIDE.COM)
Collaboration is where two or more people or organizations work together to realize or achieve a goal or project successfully. Collaboration is very similar to, but more closely aligned than
cooperation. Most collaboration requires
leadership… Teams that work collaboratively
can obtain greater resources, recognition and regard when facing competition for finite resources. (Wikipedia.org)

Collaboration can be described as the act of working together to accomplish a common goal…. you can’t have real teamwork without having an environment which is conducive to effective communication. (www.cobaltpm.com)
