Work Instruction LX22 - THL - Display Inventory Documents List

Purpose

Use this procedure to display inventory documents.

The Inventory Overview function is a central access point into inventory processing for the WMS. From here you can monitor and process all essential activities for the inventory.

This procedure provides selection screen that helps you to select documents that matched with your criteria especially selecting by Inventory Status.

Trigger

Perform this procedure when you need to display inventory documents list.

Menu Path

Use the following SAP Easy Access menu path(s) to begin this transaction:

Logistics > Logistics Execution > Internal Whse Process > Physical Inventory > In Warehouse Management > Physical Inventory Document > LX22 - Overview

Procedure

1. In SAP, start the transaction using the menu path or transaction code.

SAP Easy Access

2. Double-click the Logistics node .

3. Double-click the Logistics Execution node .

4. Double-click the Internal Whse Processes node .

5. Double-click the Physical Inventory node .

6. Double-click the In Warehouse Management node .

7. Double-click the Physical Inventory Document node .

8. Click the Scroll down button .

9. Double-click the LX22 - Overview node .

Inventory Overview

As required, complete/review the following fields:

Field R/O/C Description

Warehouse number

R A number that identifies a complex, physical warehouse structure within the Warehouse Management System. Example: 721

Click the Execute button .

Click the Inv.Docmnt edit field .

The following steps will display three documents that in difference processing status, first is created, second is counted, third is cleared.
