Work Instruction /SAPAPO/SDP94 - JPN - Event Planning

Purpose To generate agreed unconstrained demand, when demand planner would liketo make change from baseline.

There are 2 options avalible in event planning area for demand planner.1. Key in impact (either percentage or absolute number) from 7 drivers to baseline (note : 7 absolute key figure & 3 percentage key figure ).2. Key in absolute number in CPFR.7 demand drivers

New Product Innovation Innovation Forecast, Pipeline, Rundown, Cannibalization of other SKUs, Brand Restage

*Advertising Impact Communication impact and increase/decrease of spending

Category Promotions All levels of promotions as well as cannibalization of the regular SKUs entered by Category Marketing

Customer Promotions All levels of promotions as well as cannibalization of the regular SKUs entered by Customer Marketing

Customer Adjustment Gains and Loss in Customer Distribution, e.g., new outlets/store closure, SKU listing/delisting

*Competitor Any competitor activity *Other MI Category Dynamics, Brand Permanent Price Change, and Other Remark * Input either percentage or absolute number
