LOGGING IN
Go to www.vpp.bz.
Click on the online rating tab at the top of the web page.
Type your email address in the user name field.
Type your password in the password field.
Note: when using the system for the first time, you are given a temporary
password. When you enter your password it will prompt you to change your
password.
Click Log In.

QUOTING A VSC
Type in the VIN of the vehicle. Enter the Mileage.
Enter a date in the “Mfg Warr start date”:
For new coverage enter 01/01/current year ‐ 01/01/2013
Used coverage: enter 01/01/model year of vehicle
Enter Vehicle Purchase price. Enter Vehicle Purchase date. Stock # (optional)

Under Program, click the drop down arrow and select program.
(Depending on what your dealership is set up to sell will determine
what program options are available.)
Select What Coverage you are selling NEW CAR COVERAGE
or USED CAR COVERAGE. This is coverage type not if the vehicle
is new or used.
Select the Plan (the system will bring up the best available
plans based on the vehicle model and miles.)

Select the Term of the VSC.
Select the Deductible Amount.

If both cost and retail are not showing, click on the arrow next to retail
and it will then show cost of contract and a box to enter a RETAIL
amount.
Enter the RETAIL AMOUNT in the box under Retail.
Click the Options tab to bring up the surcharge screen. Required surcharges (4WD, 1 Ton, Diesel/Turbo) will automatically be checked
based on the VIN, any additional surcharges (Electronics, Commercial Use, etc) will
need to marked here.

Save Quote.
You will need to enter the Customer information to save the quote, this will allow you
to retrieve the quote at a later time if needed.
If the VSC is included on the financing, then click on the
LIENHOLDER tab and enter the information requested.

Print Quote if needed.
Or you may submit VSC – see page 11 for printing registration
page.

RETRIEVE A QUOTE ALREADY DONE
Click on the QUOTE TAB at the top of the screen and click SEARCH.
Click on the Pencil under EDIT for the quote to retrieve.
If changes need to be made, they can be done here. Once
complete, click the SUBMIT button.

PRINTING REGISTRATION PAGE
Once you SUBMIT the VSC, you can than print the Registration Form for
the customer. Click on the generated VSC number to continue.
Click on Copy of Contract to print registration page.
If you need to VOID the contract you may do so here.

CREATE REMITTANCE FORM
When submitting business to VPP, you can print the remittance form
for the contracts that you are remitting.
Click on the REMITTANCE tab at the top of the screen.
Click CREATE.
Click the contracts that will be included with this remittance.

Click Save, then Submit, and remittance form will load to be
printed.
Include copies of VSC with the remittance form and checks made
payable to ORIAS and send to:

CANCELLATION QUOTE
You may enter a cancellation quote for any active VSC sold thru your
dealership.
Click on CONTRACT on the top of the screen. Click on SEARCH. Click on ADVANCE SEARCH to locate contract by VSC number or by
VIN.

Once contract is found, click on CANCELLATION QUOTE located
lower right corner of screen.
Enter the Cancellation Date.
Enter the Cancellation Miles.
Enter reason of cancellation (drop down menu).
Click Calculate.

CLAIM INFORMATION
You can view the claim information for contracts sold through your
dealership.
Click on the CLAIMS TAB located at the top of the screen.
Click on the Drop Down box SEARCH BY to enter your search parameters.
You may search by RO#, Claim #, Date of Loss, VIN of by Description.
Click on the claim number to view the status of the claim.
