We are determined UNIFÉ continues on her dynamically transforming paper to strengthen her leadership as “The University for Women in Peru.” Therefore this transformation should meet deep changes on international and national contexts among which knowledge intense growth; TIC development; the respect and appreciation for our diversity, our pluricultural and multiethnic nation; labor market highly specialized requirements as a result of an increasing globalized and competitive world stand out.
