legacy with the Unreleased: Songs From The Vault Collection Volume 02, the second release in the “Songs From The Vault” series

The preeminently Canadian musical legend passed with 120 recordings in, as he put it, ‘The Vault,’ completed as a safeguard against the possibility th

he should at some point find himself unable to continue in the studio. Devoted fans will now be cheered to learn that Tom’s book has many chapters

still to be issued.

In 2011, following what was to become his final concert tour, Stompin’ Tom Connors entered the studio with an epic project in mind. Tom envisioned

10 album set, drawn from a selection of old songs that formed the basis of his repertoire when he first began performing in the ‘50s. This was back w

he could sing, from memory, over 2500 songs and long before he wrote many of his own hits we all know today. Although the issuing of these

recordings wasn’t underway in his lifetime, the wealth of material already compiled signifies many releases to come.

Unlike his studio albums, where Tom wrote the majority of the songs, included on each Volume of ‘Songs From The Vault” are the beloved tunes of

bygone eras written by some of Tom’s favourite singer‐songwriter’s that inspired him over the course of his life that include the greats Hank Snow an

Don Gibson among others and the majority of the tracks are presented in timeless Stompin’ Tom style ‐ just his voice accompanied by his 100+ year o

Gibson guitar.

For this release, the Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson, a Canadian journalist and stateswoman who served as Governor General of Canada and wa

great friend of Tom’s, has contributed personal notes for this release.

Stompin’ Tom Connors was undeniably one of a kind. His unswerving national pride was the hallmark of his six‐decade career of entertaining Canadia

at home and spreading this joy worldwide. Tom wrote 24 albums of original material and published several children's books as well as a two‐volume

best‐selling autobiography. He also starred in his own Canadian feature film, "Across This Land", and the CBC television series "Stompin' Tom's Canad

Tom was a recipient of the Order of Canada, the Governor General’s Performing Arts Award, the Queen’s Golden & Diamond Jubilee Medals, three

honorary University doctorates, countless industry association awards, and even saw his likeness issued on a Canadian postage stamp.

Picking up where the first film left off, Mack and Brady are heading back to high school after an amazing summer vacation.

common. Mack is a super industrious overachiever and Brady is happy ‘just getting by’ focusing on extra-curricular activitie

such as surfing. Much the same as in the first film, Tanner and Lela are magically transported into the future and join up wit

Mack and Brady. They try to assimilate into present day but magically, everything they wear reverts back into 60s style.

Despite the culture shock of the 21st century, Lela finds that she likes it. Meanwhile, the rest of the bikers and surfers from

Wet Side Story, grow anxious awaiting the return of Tanner and Lela and magically transport into the future with the intent saving their friends. Now in the future, the whole Wet Side Story gang unites to try to rekindle Mack and Brady’s relationsh

but in the midst of this, they start disappearing ( like in the Back to the Future movie). Eventually, the cast of Wet Side Story

make it back into the past/movie; however they have changed the course of history and the film is no longer called WET SID

STORY but instead QUEEN OF THE BEACH. By changing history, Mack and Brady now have no memory of each other o

the magical summer that they shared in the prior movie. They now meet each other for the first time and start all over.

Sam Outlaw is a country singer living in Los Angeles. He was born in South Dakota and ‘Outlaw’ is his mother’s maiden name.

The rock/fusion power trio supergroup The Aristocrats –featuring Guthrie Govan on guitar, Bryan Beller on bass, andMarco Minnemann on drums – can now reveal the cover art andtrack listing for their third studio album Tres Caballeros, which isdue for an early summer release (exact date TBA). The albumwill be released in a Standard Edition (CD) and Deluxe Edition

(CD/DVD), which wi ll include a 30-minute documentaryfeaturing live and in-studio footage, outtakes, demos, andmore.

The “8-bit” artwork represents a new spin on the band’s traditionof animated covers, and was created by Tom Colbie, whodesigned the cover art for the band’s previous two releases,Culture Clash and Culture Clash Live.

Tres Caballeros was tracked over ten days in February at world-famous Sunset Sound, where Van Halen (1), Led Zeppelin IV,and Rage Against The Machine’s The Battle Of Los Angeleswere tracked, among hundreds of others. The result: Nine newcompositions of greater sonic depth and breadth than everbefore, with unique textures and lush layering augmenting the

band’s preternatural ability to improvise both individually and asa group at the highest levels possible.
