    Recreation ScholarshipsScholarships are available through the Recreation office forparticipation in City of Turlock Recreation Activi ties. Participamust be 18 years of age or under, or62 years of age and above, and must live within the city limits

    Broadway Park 501 N. BroadwayThere are 3 covered picnic areas to reserve. Enjoy the beautifulplayground and water feature that operates during the summermonths.

    Crane Park 1555 E. Canal DriveCrane Park is a nice, shady park with many amenities to offerpark-goers. There are 6 picnic areas that can be reserved, anew playground area, a half basketball court, tennis courts, and

    horseshoe pits. In addition, Crane park caters to large groupevents with Area B accommodating up to 190 people.

    Donnelly Park 600 Pedras RoadThere are 14 picnic areas that can be reserved, all are equippedwi th BBQs. There are two large play structures, a half basketballcourt, volleyball poles, and a picturesque lake. No swimming orfishing allowed.

    Pedretti Park Picnic Area2400 Tegner RoadPedretti Park is located off Highway 99. It features a large coveredpicnic area that seats up to 85 people. Pedretti has a nice

    playground, vol leyball poles, and several BBQs.

    Pedretti Park Sports Complex2400 Tegner Road One of the finest softball facilitiesn the Central valley, featuring 4 softball fields and 1 baseballdiamond. All fields are available for rent and use for tournaments.

    Teen ActivitiesTeen Advisory CouncilThe Teen Advisory Council (TAC) wants to stress the importanceof getting involved! TAC encourages teens to enrich their l ives byolunteering their time. Volunteering is a great way to make newriends, give back to your community and help others.

    n celebration of the Arts and one of Turlocks top agriculturalndustries, the Turlock City Arts Commission and the TurlockDowntown Property Owners Association will be partnering withocal artists and community sponsors to present the SunnysideUp public art display. The Sunnyside Up project invi tes artists of

    all ages and abilities, individuals, businesses and organizationso submit a proposal to create an Egg art piece. The eggs can bepainted, decorated or creatively transformed through any artisticmeans. The eggs wi ll then be exhibi ted throughout the city fromApril August 2010. All eggs wi ll be publicly auctioned off at theSunnyside Up Festival to raise money to support City of Turlockart programs.
