Deadline – Friday, September 27th.

10 to 15 minutes presentation.

4 teams – 4 topics.

An effective presentation

Presentation answering a key question.

Structured presentation in 2 or 3 ideas +

introduction + conclusion.

• Introduction = opening : presentation

of the topic and the context

• Body = 2 or 3 parts = 2 or 3 ideas

• Conclusion = summary – reinforcing

Delivering the presentation

Practice: rehearse your presentation alone

and in team to read as little as possible,

speak from notes (mental maps, note cards)

or memory and to be synchornized

Speak clearly and loudly.

Talk slowly and pause between ideas.

Stay fairly still while giving a speech : small

gestures possible to support your speech.

Connect to the audience by looking at it.
