0.6 FTE TEAchiNg ASSiSTANT (LEvEL 2) ~ NJc grADE c (TEMPOrAry) we would like to welcome an outstanding, enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual, to initially join our team to support a pupil with difficulties with communication and interaction.

The post holder is required to work for 15.75 hrs per week in the first instance. The role is to support an individual pupil in year 4, with behaviour, emotional and social needs during structured and unstructured times. The successful post-holder will be expected to support pupils to develop skills of independence, self-confidence and social interaction, as part of a team, as well as having high expectations of pupils’ behaviour.

The ideal candidate will have an nVQ3, experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour in Key Stage 2 and demonstrate a willingness to work as part of a team.
