for foundational pre-reading skills
Kindergarten: FAST – Early Reading
Individual Assessment given by classroom teacher or Supplemental Teachers

Kindergarten & First Grade: Concepts of Math (COM)
Assessment given by classroom teacher or Supplemental teaching staff
Given to determine what foundational place value understanding the student needs to reach benchmark skills.
Grades 2-5: Conceptual Place Value (CPV)
Testing in Fall, Spring by classroom teacher or Supplemental program teacher
Reading Accuracy (Decoding/Sight Words) Comprehension Fluency
Used to determine correct instructional level for guided reading and independent reading.
Grades K-5: Developmental Reading
Assessment (DRA)
On-line assessment (new this year for all grades but Kindergarten)
Given once a year (February and March) Determines the language instructional levels
of students.
Grade K-5 ESL Students:ACCESS Test
