Higher than anticipated congestion in the streets of Hong Kong was identified during the construction phase in September 2017. This congestion will have a negative impact on large delivery trucks providing products from the transportation hub to the stores. Delivery trucks were initially anticipated to reach all three (3) corporate stores in a six (6) hour period. Upon review, the estimated delivery times to provide large volume deliveries to all three corporate stores will take eleven (11) hours.
