Purpose of this workshop:

A lot more is expected from modern day women than from women in our past generations. The pace is much

quicker and more demanding. Women are expected to perform to the highest level in the workplace and be

excellent in everything they do while offering continued support to their families and friends. Life demands

balance and perfection and sometimes women crumble under all this pressure, but pride and loyalty in not

admitting to this takes president which leads to becoming a person you may not want to be / falling physically

ill / complete burnout. This workshop takes you on a journey of self-discovery; provides you with useful tools

on how to cope and it offers perspective in seeing things from a different angle.
